What to include in your message
- A short description of the issue or request, and what you expected to happen.
- The steps or inputs that reproduce it (amount, rate, currency, Add or Remove mode).
- Your device, browser and version — for example “Chrome 128 on Android 14” or “Safari 17 on iPhone”.
- A screenshot if the layout looks wrong.
Please do not send personal or financial information. We do not need your bank details, invoices, tax numbers or client data to help you, and you should not share them by email.
Response time
We aim to reply within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, West Africa Time, UTC+1). Messages about incorrect calculations are prioritised.
